White Chihuahuas are more likely to be deaf compared to other colored Chihuahuas due to a genetic condition called pigment-associated deafness. The lack of pigment in the inner ear can lead to abnormalities in the structures responsible for hearing, resulting in deafness. It is important for white Chihuahua owners to be aware of this potential issue and take necessary precautions to ensure their pet's safety and well-being. **
